Resumo:
The present work proposes a study of matrices, determinants and linear systems (SL), aiming at applicability in other areas of the exact sciences. Thus, the work developed seeks to present some problems that can be used from the perspective of everyday life, in order to show the existence of other areas of knowledge that make use of the contents to be addressed. The theory / practice relationship, motivates curiosity, creates an environment of greater teacher / student interaction that increases understanding of a given subject. Thus, the work seeks to offer problems that will arouse interest in the content, helping the student to understand the concepts and contexts that can be used in the proposed resolutions. To develop the research, of bibliographic character, it was chosen to search for different authors that expand the discussion of methodologies that bring in their core the expansion of knowledge to better understand the teaching and learning process. To emphasize the importance of the work, different problems that relate theory and practice are approached as a way to rescue the importance of the contents of linear systems, matrices and determinants so that they are able to relate to the theory that the teacher develops in the classroom. class. It is hoped that the theme can contribute in view of the methodology that, in summary, puts the student and teacher before a teaching process in which theory and practice are intrinsically linked.
