The present work deals with the land regularization project applied in the Madre Tereza neighborhood, municipality of Benevides, State of Pará. Data collection included documentary research with the Real Estate Registry Offices, the Benevides City Hall collection, a bibliographic survey, QGIS software application and field consultation using GNSS RTK CHCNav model 150, RPA Phantom 4 PRO. The main objective of this work was to demonstrate the applicability of a process of land regularization, an important initiative for areas of urban expansion with dynamics of spontaneous occupation in the Metropolitan Region of Belém. As a result, it is concluded that the project complied with the provisions of Federal Law No. 13,465/2017, Federal Decree No. 9,310/2018; Federal Law No. 10,267/2001, regulated by Decrees No. 4,449/2002 and 5,570/2005; State Law No. 8,878/2019; State Decrees No. 1,190/2020 and 1,191/2020, and Municipal Law No. 1,159/2015.
