This work analyzes the productive process of joias in a company of the sector. Using to that the value flow plotting, that is an indispensable tool of the lean production system, which allows the company to see the whole value flow of your productive process. The Mapping is a tool that allows the communication, changes planning and management, addressing the company’s decision outlets and enabling won on productivity. For this, we used the methodology of quantitative research survey of existing metrics in the production process, the data collected in observations and measurements of the metrics were plotted and analyzed using the Software Excel to generate the Pareto chart that allowed the definition the ring with the highest incidence model is therefore defined as the critical process to be analyzed the production of graduation Carre 4 ring style.'s production metrics collected Carre ring 4 were used for mapping the process that the be analyzed showed downtimes and waste receiving suggestions for improvements. |
