Resumo:
The water consumption monitoring in residences is essential to the planning of individual or collective activities, since, for the extensions and/or the water supply systems improvements (SAA), they depend directly on the fluid demand and from the sewage production estimation. In this way, the present study aimed to monitor the water supply consumption and to measure the sanitary sewage production in the residences of the sub-neighborhood Tropical Village, lacated in the city of Tucuruí-PA. For this, it was installed a flow measurement pilot that allows to accompany the consumption in real time, through the Android software, with web assistance. Then, the measured data in the residences were treated, in order to determine the water per capitas, and consequently being calculated the sanitary sewage per capita production. Finally, it was estimated the water and sewage pricing cost that the residents would pay, using information obtained from COSANPA and SANEPAR sanitation companies. In advance, four residences were monitored and the pilot was efficient during the operation. The per capitas, both for water consumption and for the sewage production, revealed expected values, in accordance with federal documents established, except for one residence, which presented high water and sewage per capitas, with values of 988,3 l/hab.dia and 790,6 l/hab.dia respectively. Therefore, the tariff costs were high in the same, however, for the others, corroborated to a harmful rate, since they do not match with the daily consumption reality. Thus, it was concluded that the individualized measurement use by hydrometers and the taxes application for the usage, discloses as an important tool, viable and capable of assisting in the water resource management, thereby transforming, the local reality.
