In this way, the research problematizes: What is the relationship between teaching work and the illness of teachers in the municipal education network of Abaetetuba. Based on this question, the objective is to understand the relationship between teaching work and the illness of teachers who work in municipal schools in Abaetetuba. The study is descriptive and exploratory, constituting a qualitative approach, as it is centered on the subject's action and on the broad study of meanings. For this, we used as a technique for data collection, the interview with 4 teachers from the early years of the municipal network of Abaetetuba, making it possible to analyze the perspective of teachers in relation to teaching work and their health, as well as their collaborations through of classroom practice. According to the data produced from the educational context experienced, the research shows that the norms and requirements that are a daily part of the teaching work in the municipal schools of Abaetetuba, in spite of the responsibilities with the success or failure of the students, oblige teachers to always be in search of perfection and, because of this responsibility, they become anxious, depressive and psychologically ill professionals, not to mention other factors such as the workload, the lack of dialogue with the institution and the low salary remuneration, which also compromise the health of teachers. O presente estudo está inserido em discussões que tratam do trabalho docente e as possíveis implicações que levam o constante adoecimentos de professores na educação básica de Abaetetuba-Pará, tendo em vista a grande incidência de professores que por diversas razões de ordem física ou psicológica, trabalham doentes. Desse modo, a pesquisa problematiza: Qual a relação do trabalho docente com o adoecimento dos professores da rede municipal de ensino de Abaetetuba. A partir dessa questão têm-se como objetivo, compreender a relação entre o trabalho docente e o adoecimento de professores que atuam em escolas municipais de Abaetetuba. O estudo é de natureza descritiva e exploratória, constituindo-se de uma abordagem qualitativa, pois está centralizado na ação do sujeito e no estudo amplo dos significados. Para isso, utilizamos como técnica para a coleta de dados, a entrevista com 4 docentes dos anos inicias da rede municipal de Abaetetuba, sendo possível analisar a perspectiva de professores em relação ao trabalho docente e a sua saúde, bem como as suas colaborações por meio da prática em sala de aula. De acordo com os dados produzidos a partir do contexto educacional vivenciado, a pesquisa evidencia que as normas e exigências que fazem parte diária do trabalho docente nas escolas municipais de Abaetetuba, em que pese as responsabilidades com o sucesso ou o insucesso escolar dos alunos, obrigam os professores a estarem sempre em busca da perfeição e, por conta dessa responsabilidade, eles se tornam profissionais ansiosos, depressivos e psicologicamente adoecidos, sem contar com outros fatores como, a carga horária de trabalho, a falta de diálogo com a instituição e a baixa remuneração salarial, que comprometem, do mesmo modo, o saúde dos professores. 2023-01-12T18:20:45Z 2023-01-12T18:20:45Z 2022-08-26 Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso - Graduação - Artigo NILES, Adriana Diniz; NEGRÃO, José Nazareno da Conceição.
