The low back pain today represents one of the biggest complaints in the medical doctor's offices, as much on the part of the sedentary ones as of the athletes of diverse sports’ modalities. With more or less intensity, at some moment of the life the majority of the people one day finishes generally coexisting it and in optimum of the productive life, between 20 - 39 years. This research was developed from handbooks of patients taken care of in the Hospital Pronto Socorro Municipal Humberto Maradei Pereira in the year of 2006 with complaint of lumbar pain. A predominance of the masculine sex in the adult phase between the taken care of individuals was observed. The main complaints had been lumbar pain and lumbar trauma. The indicated treatments more were nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs and analgesia. |
