For the accomplishment of this work the search for literature was indispensable. Aiming at what the authors point out regarding the theme of eating habits, taste and choice of food, why use games in education and put an end to the construction of educational game. The present work was formed in two research stages: the bibliographical research and the second phase of the research was the construction of the game, guided by the game design sheet in general, which contains structural information for the elaboration of the game. Given the need for concise information on the importance of healthy eating, it is necessary to search for new strategies to promote Food and Nutrition Education. In this context, the use of technologies as and nutrition strategy is extremely relevant since play and games promote social interaction and creativity in all life cycles. And as proposed the goal was fulfilled: the construction of the educational game. O presente trabalho teve como objetivo elaborar um jogo educativo de acordo com os pressupostos teóricos e metodológicos sobre a importância dos jogos educativos como estratégia de educação alimentar nutricional. Para a realização deste trabalho a busca à literatura foi imprescindível. Visando o que os autores apontam com relação à temática sobre hábitos alimentares, gosto e escolha dos alimentos, por que usar jogos em educação e pôr fim chegar à construção do jogo educativo. O presente trabalho se formou em duas etapas de pesquisa: a pesquisa bibliográfica e na segunda fase da pesquisa houve a construção do jogo, orientado pela planilha de design de jogos em geral, que contém informações estruturantes para a elaboração do jogo. Diante da ampla necessidade de informações concisas sobre a importância da alimentação saudável, fazse necessária a busca de novas estratégias para promoção de Educação Alimentar e Nutricional. Nesse contexto, o uso de tecnologias como estratégia nutricional é de extrema relevância uma vez que a brincadeira e jogos promovem interação social e criatividade em todos os ciclos da vida.
