Resumo:
Over the last few years, automated conveyor systems have become a fundamental part of the production or selection process in various sectors of industrial activity, contributing to the manufacturing and operationalization processes of industrial plants to obtain benefits in terms of speed and production control. The main objective of the work is to develop a didactic mat for the selection of metallic and non-metallic parts using the Arduino microprocessor platform. It is proposed to develop an initial approach through the use of the PROTEUS program, to simulate the operation of the Arduino platform, connected to some sensors and actuators, in order to ensure the safety of operation and control of the treadmill in the practical assembly stage. In this way, it will be possible to present the results obtained in the prototype working phase - which are measurements of the PWM signal during the dynamics of parts selection - to proceed with the comparison and validation of the parameters that the PROTEUS program presented during the virtual simulation.
