This research arises from the problem: What are the teaching difficulties in the literacy and literacy process in a multigrade class at Cristo Redentor school? The research is ofa qualitative nature and was carried out in a municipal school in a multigrade class of 2nd and 3rd year. The data collection instruments were observation, carried out in the school context, semi-structured interview carried out with the teacher of that class. With the material collected, we performed a content analysis. The results indicate that the difficulty in the literacy stage in relation to reading and writing is to associate letters in syllables and words and that classroom practices are traditional, one of the greatest challenges to obtain positive results in the face of student development. being literate and literate is the lack of qualified training and the lack of interest in developing attractive methods, showing a certain resistance from the teacher in changing from old methods to current and playful ones. O objetivo desta pesquisa é analisar as dificuldades na prática docente no processo de alfabetização e letramento em turma multisseriada na escola Cristo Redentor localizada no campo. Esta pesquisa surge a partir da problemática: Quais as dificuldades docente no processo de alfabetização e letramento em turma multisseriada na escola Cristo Redentor? A pesquisa é de natureza qualitativa e foi efetivada numa escola municipal em uma turma multiseriada de 2º e 3º ano. Os instrumentos de coleta de dados foram observação, realizada no contexto escolar, entrevista semiestruturada realizada junto à professora da referida turma. De posse do material coletado, realizamos uma análise de conteúdo. Os resultados apontam que a dificuldade na etapa da alfabetização em relação a leitura e escrita é a de associar as letras em silabas e palavras e que a prática de sala de aula são tradicionais, um dos maiores desafios para obter resultados positivos frente ao desenvolvimento dos alunos ao serem alfabetizados e letrados é a falta de formação qualificada e o desinteresse em desenvolver métodos atrativos, apresentando uma certa resistência da docente na mudança de métodos antigos para atuais e lúdicos. 2023-02-28T14:06:42Z 2023-02-28T14:06:42Z 2022-12-27 Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso - Graduação - Artigo SILVA, Izaneide Brandão da; VASCONCELOS, Monica Cardoso.
