The vibration monitoring highlighted receives the diagnosis condition of rotating electric machines to be effective in detecting the occurrence of several failures, with a relatively simple instrumentation. It is critical to ensure a safe and reliable operation of hydroelectric generating units, which, being subject to machine failures mechanical, electrical and plumbing origins, offer significant risks and the possibility of large-scale accidents. Calibration turbine shaft proximity sensors is an increasingly necessary and indispensable procedure for safety-generating unit. The method for this activity is the participation of two people where one performs manual adjustment and the other with the aid of an ammeter displays the current corresponding the ideal distance to allocate the sensor. The purpose of this work is the development of a circuit to help with the adjustment shaft displacement sensors of the hydraulic turbine generator. The electronic part is composed of a plate Arduino platform, which is coupled to the sensor and through a light signal via an LED, indicating the correct distance from the sensor to the target. The development of this tool is to minimize problems related to manual operations, optimizing the adjustment process and get a better result even more efficiently. |
