To achieve this objective, the ZABBIX monitoring tool was used to collect data from the equipment, through sensors embedded in the equipment and, thus, communicate with the company’s internal network and through the Grafana software can generate dynamic reports. The results obtained indicate a significant reduction in the time spent on inspections of the monitored equipment: Generator, Eltek and Shelter, taking into account the year 2022 that did not have monitoring with the current data until June 2023, when some of the equipment is already in monitored. This project contributes to the area of telecommunication, computer networks and automation by presenting an important application for the industrial segment. O presente trabalho apresenta projeto de monitoramento aplicado dentro da mina de ferro em Carajás, para empresa Vale S.A, realizado com o objetivo de reduzir o tempo de exposição da equipe à riscos. Para atingir esse objetivo, foi utilizada a ferramenta de monitoramento ZABBIX, para realizar a coleta de dados dos equipamentos, através de sensores embarcados nos equipamentos e, assim, se comunicar com a rede interna da companhia e através do software Grafana pode gerar relatórios dinâmicos. Os resultados obtidos indicam uma redução significativa de tempo gasto nas inspeções dos equipamentos monitorados: Gerador, Eltek e Shelter, levando em conta o ano de 2022 que não possuía o monitoramento com os dados atuais até junho de 2023, quanto alguns dos equipamentos já se encontram monitorados.
