With the aim of understanding the use of CHATGPT artificial intelligence technology and some insights for education, we observed that there are numerous questions to be investigated in the educational field. I used the qualitative approach as a methodology and the use of TWITER and some reports to bring some information to this research. It was found that the use of CHATGPT technology presents contradictory elements, from what it uses to make life easier for students and teachers, while ease of stimulating questions and answers, on the other hand, there is inconsistency of sources and veracity in the answer of this Technology, as there is a time and space for it that has been accessed in companies, in evaluative tests such as ENEM exams, and it has some perceptions in the educational field, even putting in check the field of research, critical and social reflection with the content covered and the role of the school and the teacher in relation to this application.
