The result of the research indicates that this theoretical / practical survey can contribute to the expansion and consolidation of this subject with the assistance of the professional Archivist. O presente trabalho teve como objetivo geral analisar a Gestão e o Fluxo Documental no âmbito da PR/PA, com vistas à organização e o tratamento técnico adequado do Arquivo, aplicando a gestão documental e propondo identificar como ocorre a produção e tramitação desses documentos e a partir desse momento apresentar o fluxo documental da área fim na Procuradoria da República no Estado do Pará, para verificar o tratamento documental no órgão em questão e torna-se necessário que haja uma gestão documental completa visando à difusão e disseminação da informação, para evitar o acúmulo desnecessário de documentos e a eliminação equivocada.
