Have this in view, this work is may be pertinence because care of theme very important for the learning Brazilian actual: the preconception linguistics how being an aggravating on the indiscipline in the class of lesson. On the specifications case, the specify case, the community of the rural place that have your proprio dialect that is a of the coefficients of discrimination and inferior of the subjective, include your history and culture. Look for about of the inquiry bibliographic to consult authors with acknowledged contribution on the if reference the theme of the inquiry, such with Bagno (2002), Beveniste (1989), Luft (2001). The field inquiry happens on the Esmerina Bou-Habib high school. For data collection was applied two conferences with seven questions for two teachers of Portuguese language and other with group of students of the 6th year in same school. O presente trabalho aborda o estudo linguístico dos alunos da zona rural da estrada de Beja e o preconceito linguístico que estes estudantes sofrem dentro da escola. As escolas, principalmente as públicas, são hoje frequentadas por alunos de diversas localidades que possuem manifestações e dialetos diferentes. O fato da língua ser condicionada e modelada pela realidade social e cultural faz dela um instrumento que representa reflexos significativos no processo de aprendizagem desses alunos. Tendo isso em vista, este trabalho se torna pertinente porque trata um tema muito importante para o ensino brasileiro atual: o preconceito linguístico como sendo um agravante na indisciplina dentro da sala de aula. No caso específico, a comunidade da área rural que possui seu próprio dialeto que é um dos fatores de discriminação e inferiorização do sujeito, incluindo sua história e sua cultura. Buscamos por meio da pesquisa bibliográfica consultar autores com reconhecida contribuição no que se refere a temática da pesquisa, tais como Bagno (2002), Benveniste (1989), Luft (2001). A pesquisa de campo ocorreu na escola Estadual Esmerina Bou-habib.
