Its central objective is to analyze the celebration of the Lord's Supper in Assembly of God in Ananindeua, considering the foods represented to the subjects involved in the preparation practices and the celebration of religious worship, taking into account the Collective Memory constructed of the assembly members who lived from the 80s onwards. Being able to relate the historical permanences on the rite, from the Protestant reform to the context of the pandemic of COVID-19, understanding the impacts, amid biblical doctrines and values assemblymen before the sacred table in the new generation. In this way, the research will be supported by historiographical bibliographical production, printed documents and interviews with the oldest subjects, intellectuals and members of the ecclesiastical body, consequently, elaborating analyzes and interpretations around the Lord's Supper. Nesse presente trabalho, busca investigar sobre o rito da Ceia do Senhor numa igreja evangélica Assembleia de Deus (AD) no bairro da Cidade Nova, em Ananindeua-Pará, entre a década de 1980-90 e meados de 2020, período de intensas mudanças comportamentais na sociedade brasileira e principalmente no meio assembleiano. Possui como objetivo central, analisar a celebração da Ceia do Senhor na Assembleia de Deus em Ananindeua, considerando os alimentos representados aos sujeitos envolvidos nas práticas de preparo e a celebração do culto religioso, tendo consideração a Memória Coletiva construída dos assembleianos que viveram a partir dos anos 80. Podendo relacionar as permanências históricas sobre o rito na antiguidade, reforma protestante e ao contexto da pandemia de COVID-19, percebendo os impactos, em meio as doutrinas bíblicas e os valores assembleianos perante a mesa sagrada na nova geração.
