It shows the importance of the Toy Library in the process of family interaction. It studies concepts, history, objectives and the operation of the Toy Library. It exposes the importance of the creation of the Brazilian Association of Toys-ABBri for the dissemination of Toys and encourages the creation of others. It emphasizes the right of the children, through the Statute of the Child and Adolescent - ECA, to guarantee the conviviality with their imprisoned parents. It also presents the prisoners' right, through the Law of Prison Execution - LEP, to continue contact with their children even while in prison. It emphasizes the importance of the presence of the family in the Criminal System as a psychological support to prisoners. Informs the toys that are found in the CRPP II Toy Library along with their descriptions and purposes. |
