For this, the general objective of this research is to develop low-cost experiments from miriti, aimed at demonstrating Physics content in the classroom. As a methodology, bibliographic research was used, with the objective of obtaining some information on the theme addressed here, thus being able to go deeper into the research starting from what theorists such as Preussler et al. (2017), Pereira et al. (2016), Souza (2014) and the official documents of Physics teaching. As a result, the research contributed to reflection on the use of Miriti as an alternative of low-cost material for demonstration experiments in physics classes, with Miriti being a viable alternative for the appropriation of concepts and knowledge that contribute to the improvement of the pedagogical practice of teacher translating into meaningful learning for the student regarding the contents of Physics. O presente trabalho visa discutir a importância de trabalhar experimentos de baixo custo nas aulas de Física, utilizando como matéria prima regional o Miriti. A presente pesquisa se justifica a partir da dificuldade enfrentadas pelos alunos no ensino aprendizagem de física e que a utilização de experimentos feitos da matéria prima Regional Miriti pode contribuir para sanar ou diminuir essas dificuldades, pois, possibilitam o desenvolvimento contínuo de práticas pedagógicas de ensino e aprendizagem com materiais de baixo custo. Para isso, o objetivo geral desta pesquisa consiste em desenvolver experimentos de baixo custo a partir do miriti, voltados para demonstrações de conteúdos de Física em sala de aula. Como metodologia utilizouse a pesquisa bibliográfica, com objetivo de obter algumas informações sobre a temática aqui abordada, podendo assim aprofundar melhor a pesquisa partindo do que teoriza os autores como Preussler et al. (2017), Pereira et al. (2016), Souza (2014) e os documentos oficiais do ensino de Física.
