However, upon arriving in the city, she was confronted with a harsh reality: domestic exploitation under conditions akin to slavery. The research process involves my own memories and an interview with my mother. The dramaturgy to be constructed aims to highlight a sad yet common story in our region and expose the reality of domestic exploitation, especially of pre-adolescent girls. The work does not seek to portray literally all the challenges faced by my mother, but rather to create powerful scenes inspired by personal experiences and the injustices she witnessed with other domestic workers who dared to question the conditions to which they were subjected, as well as scenes I witnessed as the son of Ms. Rosa, who was sponsored by one of her employers. Through this dramaturgy, titled "Duszôtro," the goal is to invite the audience to reflect on the existence of domestic exploitation and its relevance in the current social context. The work aims to provoke reflection on social inequality, human rights violations, and the importance of combating this form of exploitation. It also encourages actions and public policies focused on protecting victims and promoting gender equality. Este trabalho de conclusão de curso tem como proposta desenvolver uma dramaturgia baseada na história de vida de Rosa Maria Ferreira de Sousa, minha mãe, uma mulher ribeirinha que nasceu em abril de 1954 e em 1966, aos 12 anos de idade, deixou sua vida relativamente tranquila no interior do Marajó (PA) e migrou para Belém do Pará, sob a promessa de estudar e ter uma vida melhor. No entanto, ao chegar na cidade, ela foi surpreendida por uma realidade cruel: a exploração doméstica em condições análogas ao trabalho escravo. O processo de pesquisa envolve memórias minhas e uma entrevista com minha mãe. A dramaturgia a ser construída tem o objetivo de colocar em evidência uma história triste e ainda comum em nossa região, bem como denunciar a realidade da exploração doméstica, sobretudo de meninas pré-adolescentes. A obra não busca retratar de forma literal todos os desafios enfrentados por minha mãe, mas sim de criar cenas fortes inspiradas nas vivências pessoais e nas injustiças que ela também presenciou com outras domésticas que ousavam questionar as condições as quais eram submetidas e nas cenas que testemunhei enquanto filho de Dona Rosa, que foi apadrinhado por uma de suas patroas. Por meio dessa dramaturgia, que tem como título “Duszôtro”, busca-se convidar a reflexão do público sobre a existência da exploração doméstica e sua relevância no contexto social atual.
