This approach treats about the issues related to Legal Science and Information Science using the normative resolutions of the Consun / UFPA resolutions. It aims to analyze whether these menus are in accordance with the technical and legal criteria used as parameters for their elaboration. It is a qualitative research, of the descriptive and exploratory type, of documental character, characterizing a case study. It portrays information and legal documentation with its historical context and its forms (legislation, doctrine and jurisprudence). It emphasizes the importance of the menus for the representation of legal information. It lists the technical and legal criteria for the preparation of normative menus. It concludes that the Consun / UFPA Resolutions are within the majority of parameters that preach both the Law on Access to Information, Complementary Act No. 95 of February 26, 1998, the characteristics proposed by Guimarães, and what authors say about the Indexing and abstracts. It warns of the need for a librarian in the team who draws up the resolutions of legal institutions to make the papers more intelligible and consequently easier to retrieve. It recommends that Sege's website include a database on its website in order to facilitate the search strategies of the menus. |
