The study was developed based on data collected between 2010 and 2017, provided from capture by camera traps. 1242 bird detections were made, in which 7 orders, 7 families, 11 genera and 14 species were identified. Cameras as a method for data collection proved to be important tools in monitoring some terrestrial bird communities, where greater abundance stood out in the records of guilds of Frugivorous and Omnivorous birds in the litter and understory. There was a difference in the composition of the birds in relation to the two banks of the Caxiuanã River, the difference in the record may have influenced the river's influence on the distribution of the birds. O artigo tem como objetivo determinar as espécies de aves registradas a partir de armadilhas fotográficas na Floresta Nacional de Caxiuanã, uma vez que estudos da avifauna da Amazônia são de suma importância para entender sua diversidade, podendo ser base para estudos posteriores. O estudo foi desenvolvido com base em dados coletados no período entre 2010 e 2017, fornecidos a partir da captura pelas armadilhas fotográficas. Foram feitas 1242 detecções de aves, em que foram identificadas 7 ordens, 7 famílias, 11 Gêneros e 14 espécies. As câmeras como método para a coleta de dados se mostraram importantes ferramentas no monitoramento de algumas comunidades de aves terrestres, em que se destacou maior abundância no registro de guildas de aves Frugívora e Onívoro de serrapilheira e sub-bosque.
