This article reports on the project to implement the openconsultmain system
as a warehouse system to meet the needs of the city hall of Castanhal, which is the lack of a
system that controls, counts and records the inputs, outputs and destination of the city hall's
materials, in addition to offering simple and practical reports for managing these matters.
Systems that are implemented in Castanhal and that run the digital warehouse will also be
presented, improvements will be proposed in the market in this segment, justifying the problems
and need for such implementation. The objective is to demonstrate the importance of the
warehouse and how technology can help reduce costs, record efficiency, the possibility of loss
and non-compliance with information security standards.
