Qualitative research was based on Bogdan and Biklen (1994), where ethnographic techniques were used, according to André (2012). The analysis of the data obtained in the interviews, questionnaires and logbooks were made taking into consideration Bardin (2011). With this, it is noticed that the way teachers develop their classroom activities with the autistic are based on expository classes in which the students of the class participate in a constant way and that has very positive result for the students' learning, as well as to the relationship between these autistic students and their schoolmates, who come to have a new opinion during the daily school life. O presente trabalho tem o objetivo de analisar as estratégias pedagógicas de atuação dos professores na Escola Municipal de Ensino Fundamental Francisco Chagas da Silva no município de Curralinho/PA, em uma sala “regular” com aluno autista, pois Autismo é um transtorno que se caracteriza por diferenciações no comportamento do sujeito, principalmente na área de comunicação e das interações sociais desde os primeiro anos de vida. A pesquisa é de cunho qualitativo. Buscou utilizar técnicas aproximadas da etnografia, obtidos nas entrevistas e diários de bordo. A análise dos dados foi feita levando em consideração a análise semântica de Bardin (2011). Com isso, percebeu-se que a forma coma a professora desenvolveu suas atividades em sala de aula com o autista são baseados em aulas expositivas em que os alunos da turma participam de forma constante, no entanto ainda há falta de compreensão em se trabalhar com o aluno autista a partir do conhecimento do aluno e de seus interesses.
