Furthermore, it is important to highlight that this research is the result of debates that occurred in the Núcleo Amazônico de Estudos Semânticos de Português - NAESP, which was part of as a fellowship researcher and these debates were primordial to the reseach's development which also aims to explain the process that leads to the creation of binary constructions by inference in adverbial hypotaxis. Therefore, this work is based on the assumptions of the Functional Language, in the line of Bybee (2010) and on the work of Decat (2001), that advocate about the language's relation with other cognitive abilities, hence, construction that escape the syntactic standards are not created randomly, but motivated. Thus, to perform said discussion resorted to social media, with the purpose of collecting data that externalizes the omission of terms in a sentence complex. O presente artigo realiza uma discussão de cunho sintático-semântico acerca das construções binárias que são encontradas em atos interacionais que apresentam processos implícitos por meio de inferência na hipotaxe adverbial, a saber: “Mais um pio, eu retiro de sala”, essa construção, ao ser analisada por um viés funcional, pode-se notar que infere valores semânticos de tempo, causa e condição. Além disso, é importante ressaltar que esta pesquisa é fruto dos debates que ocorreram no Núcleo Amazônico de Estudos Semânticos do Português – NAESP, no qual fazia parte como bolsista e esses debates foram primordiais para o desenvolvimento da pesquisa que objetiva também explanar o processo que leva à criação de construções binárias por inferência na hipotaxe adverbial. Nesse sentido, o trabalho fundamenta-se nos pressupostos da Linguística Funcional, na linha de Bybee (2010) e no trabalho de Decat (2001), que advogam sobre a língua se modelar a partir dos usos. Logo, construções que fogem dos padrões sintáticos canônicos não são criadas de forma aleatória, mas motivada.
