The questiono that guided this work was: what are the challenges faced in the literacy process in the Pedagogical Residency Program regarding teaching practice? In order to achieve the objective and deepen the theme, the article addresses studies and reflections on literacy and literacy based on the works of Soares (2020) and Ferreiro (2020) addressing the psychogenesis of written language, 5 adding to this we seek to bring reflection on theory and practice and teaching practice using authors such as Freire (1996), Libânio (1994), and Pimenta (1995, 1999, 2005, 2012) to deepen the discussion on praxis. The methodology used to carry out the research is a qualitative approach and the main instrument for collecting information was observations based on the experience at the rural school. The results of the research and experience in the field school generated pertinent reflections on teaching practice in the literacy and literacy process, since in the teaching-learning process of the class under study, the biggest challenge was being able to reach everyone so that they we came to advance our level, and through the Pedagogical Residency Program it was possible to notice advances in the class, using literacy practices in the literacy environment, as they are different, but inseparable, processes. Este artigo objetiva analisar os desafios e possibilidades acerca da prática docente no processo de alfabetização e letramento no Programa Residência Pedagógica. A questão que norteou este trabalho foi: quais os desafios enfrentados no processo de alfabetização e letramento no Programa Residência Pedagógica acerca da prática docente? No propósito de atingir o objetivo e aprofundar a temática, o artigo aborda estudos e reflexões sobre alfabetização e letramento a partir das obras de Soares (2020) e Ferreiro (2020), abordando a psicogênese da língua oral e escrita, somado a isso busca-se trazer a reflexão sobre teoria e prática e prática docente utilizando autores como Freire (1996), Libânio (1994), e Pimenta (1995, 1999, 2005, 2012), para aprofundar a discussão sobre a práxis. A metodologia utilizada na realização da pesquisa é de abordagem qualitativa e teve como principal instrumento de coleta de informações a observação a partir da vivência na escola campo. Os resultados da pesquisa e da vivência na escola-campo geraram reflexões pertinentes sobre a prática docente no processo de alfabetização e letramento, visto que no, processo de ensino aprendizagem da turma em estudo, o maior desafio era conseguir alcançar a todos de maneira que elas viessem avançar de nível, e através do Programa Residência Pedagógica foi possível notar avanços na turma, se utilizando de práticas de letramento no ambiente alfabetizador, pois são processos distintos, mas inseparáveis. 2025-01-14T14:19:15Z 2025-01-14T14:19:15Z 2024-06-20 Trabalho de Curso - Graduação - Artigo CORRÊA, Rayane Furtado.
