Park Libraries are multifunctional libraries that, through cultural actions and reading encouragement, contribute to the social inclusion of citizens with lower purchasing power, who are often far from public policies. The implantation of a Park Library in a socioeconomically disadvantaged community generates significant transformations in society, through the Park Libraries these citizens have access to information, education and culture. The interaction between Librarian and social mediator is a determinant factor for the good functioning of the Park Libraries, as well as the participation of the population in the programming of the library, the objective of this study is to show what are the new practices of access and sharing of the information executed by Libraries Park , And how this institution has become an important tool for the social and cultural development of the communities to which it is inserted. As Bibliotecas Parque (BP) se consolidam cada vez mais como uma nova visão de biblioteca pública que oferece serviços que vão muito além de empréstimo e consulta ao acervo bibliográfico. As BP são bibliotecas multifuncionais que, através das ações culturais e incentivo à leitura, contribuem para a inclusão social dos cidadãos com menor poder aquisitivo, que estão muitas vezes distantes das políticas públicas. A implantação de uma Biblioteca Parque em uma comunidade socioeconomicamente desfavorecida gera significativas transformações na sociedade e através das BP estes cidadãos passam a ter acesso à informação, educação e cultura. A interação entre Bibliotecário e mediador social é um fator determinante para o bom funcionamento das BP, assim como a participação da população na programação da biblioteca, o objetivo desse estudo é mostrar quais são as novas práticas de acesso e compartilhamento da informação executadas pelas Bibliotecas Parque e como esta instituição tornou-se uma importante ferramenta para o desenvolvimento social e cultural das comunidades ao qual está inserida. 2017-09-12T21:44:52Z 2017-09-12T21:44:52Z 2017 Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso - Graduação SILVA, Hanna Katlen Martins.
