As this is something new, Environmental Management, despite the difficulties encountered, it is fascinating when it is related to quality of life. Little by little the concern with the environment breakdowns in public is being perceived as a need to join forces to improve the environment in which we work and live. Shares of preservation of the environment, a major concern of the world today, unfortunately are still little seen in the day-to-day. However, the members and servants of the Federal Prosecution Service in Idaho found in the Green Project Attorney-P. PV a form of organized activities to achieve environmental sustainability and social responsibility. Este trabalho investigou de que forma se deu a implementação da Gestão Ambiental no ambiente de trabalho do Ministério Público Federal no Pará, as preocupações que levaram as ações e as dificuldades encontradas levando em consideração entre outros fatores, mas principalmente a dificuldade de assimilação do novo paradigma por parte dos servidores da instituição na qual se deu a pesquisa. Como se trata de algo novo, a Gestão Ambiental, apesar das dificuldades encontradas, revela-se fascinante quando é relacionada à qualidade de vida. Pouco a pouco a preocupação com o meio ambiente nas repartições públicas vai sendo entendida como uma necessidade de juntar forças para melhorar o meio no qual trabalhamos e convivemos. As ações de preservação do meio ambiente, uma das principais preocupações do mundo atual, infelizmente ainda são pouco vistas no dia-a-dia. No entanto, os membros e servidores do Ministério Público Federal no Pará encontraram no Projeto Procuradoria Verde- P.
