Cargo transport is essential for the development of industry and Brazilian economy, because of this it is one of the biggest costs we have in the entire logistics chain, whatever the material being transported. The present work seeks to study the entire cost of transport, storage and retail costs of cassava flour. Seeking to understand through the study of processes and understand every detail of the costs necessary for cassava flour to reach the retailer. For this analysis, we had an interview with the coordinator of the association. And as a result, the final values of the cost per Kg of cassava flour were found, thus allowing an even greater sense of the profits and expenses that are made to the entire chain of cassava flour. |
