This study analyzes how people with disabilities (PWD) are integratinginto the professional environment, using techniques of bibliographicanalysis and field observation through a case study. The bibliographicreview aimed to identify theories, concepts, and relevant research on thetopic, while the field research evaluated working conditions and the workenvironment to understand the challenges faced daily. We found thatthere is still a significant gap in knowledge about inclusion legislation andthe barriers encountered in the workplace. The study highlights theimportance of raising awareness and knowledge to promote inclusionand ensure equal opportunities for all. In summary, we used methods ofbibliographic review and field observation to examine how PWD arebeing included in the job market, emphasizing the need for inclusivelogistics to effectively integrate these individuals into the professionalworld. |
