This can be used in planning or training for teacher training and presents in this, the main legal provisions that ensure these students access to regular education, as well as the right to AEE. In this sense, we identified the spaces for the accomplishment of this service, which include the Multifunctional Resource Rooms (SRMs), Resource Room, Hospital class attendance and home care. The guide also contains information about the main theoretical conceptions of learning such as Piaget, Vygotsky and Wallon, indications for further reading in the themes, and templates for the follow-up of the ESA student, which are part of the Special Education Management Project of Manaus on SRM, models of activities and proposals of support to the ESA, like the Coensino (Collaborative Teaching) and the Plan of Individualized Education (PEI). Este guia tem como objetivo subsidiar o trabalho dos professores que atuam no Atendimento Educacional Especializado (AEE) junto ao público alvo da Educação Especial (pessoas com deficiência, Transtornos Globais do Desenvolvimento e Altas habilidades/superdotação). Pode ser utilizado em planejamento ou capacitações para formação continuada do docente. Apresenta-se neste, os principais dispositivos legais que asseguram a estes estudantes o acesso ao ensino regular, bem como o direito ao AEE. Neste sentido, idenficou-se os espaços de realização deste atendimento, que compreendem as Salas de Recursos Multifuncionais (SRMs), Sala de Recursos, atendimento em classe hospitalar e atendimento domiciliar. O guia também contém informações a respeito da importância de concepções pedagógicas de aprendizagem e planejamento de ensino, bem como indicações de leituras para aprofundamento nas temáticas, modelos de fichas para o acompanhamento do aluno no AEE, sendo que estas fichas fazem parte do Projeto da Gerência de Educação Especial da SEMED para as Salas de Recursos e Salas de Recursos Multifuncionais.
