The main purpose of this guide is to disseminate our research, which combines the use of a project demand to engage students in architecture programme, principles of Constructive Alignment to plan teaching, learning and evaluation activities, and the organization and administration of activities on the classroom with adoption of Blended Learning. This guide aims to guide the application of the teaching proposal by other teachers. We explained the teaching proposal, we showed examples of application and some tools of evaluation and presentation of possible products. Innovative aspects of this work are the teaching and adaptation of the content to beginning students from the needs of a real client, given that the Architecture Programme, when approached, has its construction phase suppressed or when considered, it adopts construction models that are distant from the dialogue with the client. In addition, this work provides the implementation of Blended Learning in Architecture, following an emerging trend in Education. Alunos iniciantes de Arquitetura podem se beneficiar da aprendizagem ativa do Programa Arquitetônico em seu primeiro ano de graduação, através de uma proposta de ensino baseada em uma demanda de projeto, que permite a abordagem da programação arquitetônica através do contato com um cliente real, com mediação do professor. O objetivo principal deste guia é divulgar nossa pesquisa, que combina a utilização de uma demanda de projeto para engajar os alunos na programação arquitetônica, de princípios do Alinhamento Construtivo para planejar as atividades de ensino, aprendizagem e avaliação, e a organização e administração de atividades de sala de aula com adoção de Ensino Híbrido. Este guia visa orientar para a aplicação da proposta de ensino por outros professores. Explicamos a proposta de ensino, mostramos exemplos de aplicação e algumas ferramentas de avaliação e de apresentação de produtos possíveis. Aspectos inovadores deste trabalho são o ensino e a adaptação do conteúdo para alunos iniciantes a partir das necessidades de um cliente real, dado que o Programa Arquitetônico, quando é abordado, tem sua fase de construção suprimida ou quando considerada, adota-se modelos de construção distantes do diálogo com o cliente.
