Resumo:
This work presents a case study based on the analysis of the main components of the traction system and the control of an elevator, proposing partial modernization, analyzing conventional motors of standard performance, based on the replacement of elevator control systems with programmable logic controllers. The research started by inspecting different defective equipment, selecting and categorizing faults, performing measurements on a specific system. Inputs and outputs were conditioned, PLC and frequency inverter were configured. The methodology consisted of collecting information on the different control and driving force systems of the elevator, making visits to the location where the equipment is located. Measurement and detection of the failed elevator, analysis of the wired logic of these plans, to implement the inputs and outputs of the PLC and depending on the implementation configuration referred to the PLC
