An important role of the PPA is the manager over the course of four years of government. The purpose of this article is to compare the expenditures of the 2014/2017 and 2018/2021 PPAs in the municipality of Tabatinga-AM. The choice of one of the PPA's of the Municipality of Tabatinga was due to its importance in the Alto Solimões Microregion. In order to respond to the proposed objective, this research is classified as a documentary and descriptive research, since the data are classified as instruments. This is a structured definition of analysis of the 2014-2017 and 2018-2021 funds plan, comparing the areas of right of action by the main objectives O Plano Plurianual é uma ferramenta de planejamento importante para o gestor público, uma vez que possibilita a alocação de recursos de maneira mais eficiente. Um aspecto importante do PPA é auxiliar o gestor ao longo de quatro anos de governo. Este artigo tem por objetivo analisar comparativamente as despesas do PPA de 2014/2017 e de 2018/2021 do município de TabatingaAM. A escolha de analisar os PPA’s do Município de Tabatinga deu-se devido sua importância na Microrregião do Alto Solimões. Para atender ao objetivo proposto, esta pesquisa se classifica como pesquisa documental e descritiva, pois se valeu de dados secundários como instrumentos.
