The current reality of our planet shows that more and more electronic waste is growing, and consequently people are not knowing how to dispose of it, making it an enemy of the environment. The lack of knowledge on the subject has been decreasing day after day, thanks to the world of the internet and its shared information, making more people worry about this serious problem. This project aims to help not only a reverse logistics company to optimize and increase its number of customers, but also seeks to make people aware of the correct disposal. A study was developed to increase the collection of electronic waste and optimize the process through data collection and using technological and quality tools, thus seeking to achieve its objectives. |
