Research involving green synthesis for the formation of
metallic nanoparticles has been standing out in the nanotechnology area for
follow a different route from the conventional one whose substances used
become responsible for presenting potential risks to the environment and
biological systems. Thus, procedures that use compounds
phytochemicals are shown to be efficient alternatives for the formation of
metallic nanoparticles through the use of plant extracts. The Acai,
typical of the Amazon region, has substances that have potential
in the mediation of formation of nanoparticulate systems. The summaries of
silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) were performed under three distinct conditions
extract concentration, with procedures at room temperature and
evaluating reaction speed, stability of
Formed AgNPs and extract concentration. Nanoparticles produced in
room temperature were subjected to antimicrobial tests,
showing efficient results against the species Staphylococcus aureus,
proving its microbiocidal effect especially against gram-positive bacteria. |
