In view of this, it was sought in each chapter to describe the relevant issues within astronomy about the discoveries, beginning in antiquity when the man began to raise his head to heaven and then see what in uences the natural events made in their lives . The more we discovered, the more questioning they made. From what they discovered, they were doing great advances to science. And these advances, of course, resulted in methods for scientists to make the rst discoveries of planets, rst within our solar system and subse- quently to other solar systems despite the great astronomical distances. And since then the studies for these new planets began, analyzing them and classising them according to the planetary parameters of our solar system. And so be able to con rm if there is any planet with the characteristics of the earth and if it is habitable, but for this planet to be habitable has to orbit a star of the spectral class F, G, K and M and also be within an area called habitable zone. Where if I marry the planet is outside this area, it would be impossible for the development of life, as we know it. Este trabalho resulta de um levantamento bibliográ co sobre o tema de Exoplanetas. Frente a isso, buscou-se em cada capítulo descrever os assuntos relevantes dentro da as- tronomia sobre as descobertas, começando na antiguidade quando o homem começou a levantar a cabeça para o céu e então ver quais in uências os eventos naturais faziam em suas vidas. Quanto mais se descobria mais questionamentos faziam-se. A partir do que descobriam iam com isso fazendo grandes avanços para a ciência. E esses avanços, claro resultou em métodos para que os cientistas zessem as primeiras descobertas de planetas, primeiramente dentro do nosso sistema solar e posteriormente à outros sistemas solares apesar das grandes distancias astronômicas. E desde então começou-se também os estu- dos para esses novos planetas, analisando-os e classi cando-os conforme os parâmetros planetários do nosso Sistema Solar. E assim poder con rmar se existe algum planeta com as características da Terra e se é habitável, mas para este planeta ser habitável tem que orbitar uma estrela da classe espectral F, G, K e M e além disso, estar dentro de uma área denominada zona habitável. Onde se casso o planeta estiver fora desta zona, seria impossível para o desenvolvimento da vida, como a conhecemos. 3 Poderia ser mais simplificado. Sei que é algo para ser seguro, mais deveria pedir menos informação, visto que ja está se pedindo para anexar os doc's referente a Monografia.
