ABSTRACT: The present study aimed to identify and estimate the factors associated with quality of life in state school teachers in the municipality of Coari, in the interior of Amazonas. This is a cross-sectional study of quantitative approach, where the collection was applied to a questionnaire consisting of 10 blocks containing: sociodemographic data, general and occupational information. An analysis of teachers' quality of life was assessed from the WHOQOL-Bref domains. As other variables were not entered and analyzed in the statistical program Epi Info and a multivariate analysis step was performed with the Stata 12.0 program. Applicable differences (p <0,05) were presented in the following domains: Physical: variations in the presence of pain, practice of other paid activity and negative perception of health; Psychological: female and other paid activity practice; Environment: Only one stable Union variable, no significant association value found. It is expected that the present study can contribute to new research related to this theme, as well as health promotion measures and improvements in the quality of life of this working class.
