Resumo:
Fertilization is one of the parameters that most influence the production of ornamental plants, the growth and production of flowers is dependent on this factor. The objective of this work was to evaluate the development of Primavera (Bougainvillea spectabilis Willd) under different fertilization sources (organic and mineral). Eight treatments were used with 10 repetitions, in a total of 80 pots. They are: (T1) Witness; (T2) Manure + liming; (T3) Manure + NPK 4-16-12; (T4) Manure + NPK 4-8-12; (T5) Manure + NPK 4-0-12; (T6) NPK 4-16-12; (T7) NPK 4-8-12; (T8) NPK 4-0-12. Under greenhouse conditions with 50% shade and transparent screen, in 5 liter pots, where it was decided to use 3.300kg of soil in treatments that had only mineral fertilizer and in treatments that had organic and/or organomineral fertilization, 10% were added of the weight of the soil in question, this value being 330g of cattle manure. The experimental design was completely randomized and the following characteristics were analyzed: plant height, number of leaves, number of bracts. There was statistically (p<0.05) higher mean number of bracts in treatments T3, T4 and T5, that is, mineral fertilization (NPK) combined with organic fertilization (bovine manure) favored the inflorescence of springs. For the variables number of leaves and height, there was no influence of consortium and individual use of each source. It is recommended to use NPK 4-0-12 to obtain inflorescences in spring production.
