The present paper aims to introduce the problematic that involves the domestic violence against women in the city of Manaus, with focus on the most periphecal areas (east and north side), proposing, based on these studies, the creation of a Women's Opportunity and Support Center alongside a Temporary Shelter for Women Victims of Domestic Violence, in the study area, in order to offer a psychological, educational and lesisure support network for the users of architectural object. Studies and analysis of the area where the complex building will be located were made, as well as analysys of reference projects, looking out for the best solutions that will guarantee the reception and security needed for the users of this space. |
