This research aims to analyze how the role of the pedagogue has been constituted for the
assistance provided at the Adolfo Lourido Psychosocial Care Center in the municipality
of Parintins, Amazonas, Brazil. The methodology of this study fits as qualitative. The
participants are two pedagogues who work in CAPS II. Semi-structured interviews were
conducted with the two pedagogues for data collection. The results and discussions show
the processes of formation of the pedagogue, his pedagogical practices and professional
profile. It is concluded that the pedagogue's performance is being increasingly requested
in non-school spaces, and to meet the demands it is necessary that the course adapts to
the changes that occur in society and assumes the responsibility of training professionals
more capable to work in the most diverse spaces in which educational knowledge occurs. |
