Resumo:
The main focus of this work is the presentation of methods for solving the Unrestricted Nonlinear Programming Problem. In view of this perspective, the Gradient Method, the Newton Method, the DFP, the BFGS and the Conjugate Gradient Method were analyzed. Finally, computational evaluations of these methods were performed by studying ten problems using performance profile.
