The Brazilian beef cattle industry has gone through in recent years. Significant changes were observed in its production and productivity. The cattle of agricultural frontiers in the center-west and in the country grew a relief of relief. This growth was accompanied by an increase in technological indicators of productivity and efficiency of production systems.
Pig farming in Brazil has evolved significantly in recent decades, as evidenced by the high levels of productivity achieved. However, the swine industry has caused great environmental burden by polluting natural resources, such as soil and water. The correct handling and treatment of swine manure must be considered part of the production process, requiring technical criteria for the choice of technology and the desired level of treatment. |
