The present study has as its theme the professional practice of Social Workers in domestic and family violence against women, having as the locus of the research the 1st court specialized in combating domestic and family violence against women of the Court of Justice of Amazonas-TJ /AM In this sense, the objective is centered on analyzing the work of the Social Workers of the 1st Court Maria da Penha regarding the feasibility of the rights of women in situations of domestic violence in the pandemic period, in the year 2020. Three specific objectives: contextualize the work developed by professionals in the fight against domestic violence in the highlighted period, identify the use of technical instruments regarding access to rights and discuss the challenges of social workers in making the rights of women victims of domestic violence viable. In this way, we conducted the work with bibliographic and documentary research, in a qualitative analysis approach using technical documents prepared and attached to the case files by the Social Workers of the 1st Specialized Court in Combating Domestic and Family Violence against Women. The selected articles were mostly located on the Scielo platform where works were located that went on for analysis, however, some were selected on Google Scholar. |
