Resumo:
The technology (MA) presents a main characteristic of reducing the cost of parts, the time of insertion of materials and the time of insertion in the market, as it presents the porosity and the main thermal size, as it presents the porosity and the main thermal size that results in waste and sometimes on the market. distortions in the components. A suitable method for additive manufacturing of high-volume parts is to use a manufacturing process based on processes that use the electric arc as a source of energy, such as a manufactured arc deposition additive (MADA). Among all aluminum alloys using MADA technology, 5XXX series aluminum alloys are given due attention to their good sellability. This seen to evaluate the influence of rapid cooling on the mechanical properties and on the volumetric publication of work presented in the parts made by M properties. The results were compared with the literature, however, due to the involuntary prominence of the piece, it was not possible to evidence, in fact, this influence. There were no significant differences between the results without strength limit, result limit and volumetric attraction of test pores.
