This work addresses the issue of stigma present in the lives of women living with HIV/AIDS in Manaus/Amazonas, who are inserted in a context of social vulnerability arising from the HIV/AIDS situation and gender inequality. Therefore, the general objective of the research is to analyze the main stigmatizations that women living with HIV/AIDS experience within Brazilian society, specifically in Manaus/AM. The Quali-Quantitative research method was used with an Explanatory approach, for data collection, Documental and Bibliographic research was used. The results obtained elucidate the expressions of the social issue exacerbated in the female HIV public, specifically for the region of Manaus/AM in Brazil. |
