Resumo:
This Course Completion work is the result of research carried out within the scope of the Scientific Initiation Program (PIBIC), between 2020 and 2021, linked to the Pedagogy Course at UFAM/IEAA, whose objective was to analyze the didactic material of the National Treasure Collection produced in 2014, articulated with the testimonies of teachers, managers and pedagogues who work in a school in the municipal education network in Humaitá/AM. This is a research on the applicability of Law 11.645/2008 in the midst of processes of valorization and historical-cultural rescue of African and indigenous people through the didactic materials of the National Treasury Collection (2014), considering the specificities of each people, their origins and ancestry. It starts with a qualitative approach, with documentary sources (books from the National Treasury Collection, Laws, References and others) and questionnaires applied with managers, pedagogues and teachers of the municipal public network of Humaitá/AM regarding the applicability of Law 11.645/2008 and the books of the aforementioned collection. The results show the perception of managers, pedagogues and teachers about the applicability of Law 11.645/2008 in teaching practices at school, as well as the analysis of the aforementioned collection. The investigated school agents showed no knowledge about the National Treasure Collection (2014 edition, analyzed in the research), but they understand the importance of the school, through didactic content, addressing the influence of African and indigenous peoples on Brazilian culture.
