In the meantime, we seek, through the perception of teachers about the problem, to know their knowledge, identification skills and their ways of intervening in cases of violence, and also to propose strategies, based on the BNCC, that help to develop intelligence students' emotions. This work is a qualitative approach, carried out through field research. For this, semi-structured interviews were carried out with nine teachers from two schools of the state public education network in the early years of elementary school, bringing to light, from the perception of teachers, the importance of combating bullying. Through the data collected in the interviews, it is possible to perceive the obstacles to the work of preventing bullying, such as lack of training of teachers on the subject, little or no family education and trivialization of prejudice. O estudo, que aqui floresce, tem como objetivo trazer à luz a importância do desenvolvimento da afetividade/inteligência emocional da criança como estratégia de combate à prática do bullyng em sala de aula. Neste interim, busca-se, através da percepção de professores acerca do problema, conhecer seus conhecimentos, capacidades de identificação e seus modos de intervenção diante de casos de violência, e ainda propor estratégias, com base na Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC), que ajudem a desenvolver a inteligência emocional dos alunos. Este trabalho trata-se de uma abordagem qualitativa, realizada por meio de uma pesquisa de campo. Para isto, foram realizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas com nove professoras de duas escolas da rede estadual de ensino dos anos iniciais do fundamental, trazendo à luz, pela percepção de professores, a importância do combate ao bullying.
