In the capital of the state of Amazonas, over the years went through several historical process in which there was economic development,social and environmental. With some progress in differents scales, the population of Manaus grew quickly, which they needed bigger areas to include all the communities that was being formed in the country. In this way, the urban territorial advance over the green territorial that caused lots of damages in the environment and
disorganization in the spatiality of the capital. Therefore, the present work aim is to present a project of the urban restructuring that mainly contemplates the environment protagonism through recovery of part of the igarapé of Mindu which runs into the desired area, and the creation of a green structure. For this studies will need to be taken since the formation of the urban area until the territory studied that will be analyzed, with the aims of understand the local
community needs. Finally, through diagnosis obtained, the urban hypothesis will be made and the design intensions will be applied in the urban space.
