Manaus had its development and expansion based on the logic proposed by the real estate market, influencing the quality and location of housing in the urban core, which provides socio-spatial segregation in the city and also different forms of housing deficit. From this, a search for underused buildings in the central region of the Amazonian Capital is proposed, since their existences are opposed to housing problems since they are maintained for purely financial reasons. And finally, allow the elaboration of a housing project in a pre-existing structure in order to promote a minimization of housing problems and propose greater equality of access to the city, providing public spaces that are created from the housing proposal in addition to analyzing issues that guide housing in order to ensure a more humanized and accessible occupation to the general public. |
