Therefore, the research aimed to analyze the difficulties faced by teachers in emergency remote teaching as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, in a public school in the municipality of Humaitá-AM. This is a qualitative research, as it is necessary to know through direct contact with the research subjects in order to make the research more effective. This research was conducted in October 2021 at the Municipal School of Excellence Irmã Carmem Cronenbold in the municipality of Humaitá-AM. The target audience consisted of five female teachers, aged approximately 20 to 46 years, who teach in the basic education level at the mentioned school. The results showed that the school was not prepared to deal with a pandemic scenario, but during this period, there was a whole process of planning and adaptation to ensure that students were not disadvantaged in their teaching and learning process. According to the research, the great difficulties faced by the teachers are evident, such as the use of the internet and the use of technology for the development of classes, as they did not receive training in the use of the tools offered by remote teaching. Therefore, it can be concluded that in the educational field, the school will have to reflect on more differentiated ways of educating and adaptable strategies to the needs of each student, as well as the need for qualification of inclusive education teachers in technological tools. Em decorrência da pandemia causada pela COVID-19 o mundo teve que se adaptar e buscar novas formas de acesso à educação. Deste modo, a pesquisa teve objetivo analisar as dificuldades enfrentadas pelos professores no ensino remoto emergencial em consequência da pandemia da COVID-19, em uma escola pública no município de Humaitá-AM. Trata-se de uma pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa, pois é necessário que conheçamos através de um contato direto com o sujeito da pesquisa, e assim tornar a pesquisa mais eficaz. Esta pesquisa foi realizada no mês de outubro de 2021 na Escola Municipal Centro de Excelência Irmã Carmem Cronenbold no município de Humaitá-AM. Tendo como público-alvo cinco professoras com idade aproximada de 20 a 46 anos que lecionam no ensino básico na referida escola. Os resultados evidenciaram que, a escola não estava preparada para lidar com um cenário pandêmico, porém durante esse período houve todo um processo de planejamento e adaptação para que os alunos não fossem prejudicados no seu processo de ensino- aprendizagem. De acordo com a pesquisa ficam evidentes as grandes dificuldades enfrentadas pelas professoras, a utilização da internet e o uso da tecnologia para o desenvolvimento das aulas uma vez que não tiveram uma capacitação na utilização das ferramentas ofertados pelo ensino remoto.
