This work aims to make a piezoelectric ceramic material (Sodium titanate) that
will have the effect of a sensor that will help the response of the material applied to an
electric thermistor. Its manufacture and application will be simulated by a prototyping
program and in laboratory practice, with the aid of an arduino type uno R3. The ceramic
powder was obtained. The synthesis of Sodium Titanate Na2Ti3O7 via sonochemical
route was carried out at the Laboratory of Technological Materials Processing
(LPMAT), at the Federal University of Amazonas (UFAM).
The synthesis generated hexatitanate (NaTi6O13), where C12H28 precipitates in
water, isopropyl alcohol allows to increase the volume of the solution. Characterization
tests such as DRX, FTIR and SEM were performed. After the development and
characterization of the ceramic material, it was applied with the aid of an Arduino. The
DRX results required the formation of different phases, the EIC showed the structural
and electrical behavior of each wafer, being confirmed in the graphic analysis,
presenting its characteristic modes in the expected parameters. The application took
place with the help of the Arduino, where the sensor had the ability to emit an electrical
voltage in response. In view of the results, as an example, they demonstrated good
results due to the electrical property of the synthesized titanate, and a sample of pH
10 presented a lower resistive condition. |
